I went to the Newtown Urgent care for Lyme disease. Very professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend.

He wanted to do a random drug test because he felt like it on baseless grounds, and I said "No!" simply because I have a right to. I have no history of drug use and I felt there was no need to test me. A random drug test is like a random search without probable cause.

this man pinpointed a problem that eluded many doctors over a five year period , in just a few visits -- i would gladly go to him again , i was sorry i lost him

Dr.Pinciotti has been a recovery specialist for over 15 years , there isn't to much he hasn't heard or seen, as long as you are honest with him and willing to better yourself through the program , and the suboxone he perscribes you is always present in Your urine samples he will never turn you away ,he is a Dr.That understands addition .

This is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. I hate going to the doctors, but this man is wonderful!!! He literally saved my life when I fell on hard times, and was in need of treatment. More than 6 years ago I needed to get help for my addiction. I started his Suboxone program, and it totally changed my life. I was held accountable for my relapses; however I was never judged or treated as less than when I did mess up. I want from being a high school dropout who was addicted to prescription painkillers, to a successful intelligent pre-law student. I truly believe I would not be where I am today if it was not for Dr. Pinciotti.

Dr. Pinciotti is very uncaring, unsympathetic and greedy. Will not help unless you come in to see him so he can make his money. When you do see he talks down to you and makes you feel less than human. He has a God complex!

The only frustrating thing about this office is getting through. It is only because Dr. Pinciotti is such a good doctor that I keep with the office. Everyone is nice enough, but you can't get through on the phone. Dr. Joe takes his time with you, asks questions, and listens. Sometimes you need to keep him on subject, but otherwise he is great. You will need to be prepared to wait.

Really, God bless the man who did house calls on my dying mom after hours and with a moment's notice. The people here who complain are the junkies who got kicked out of Obriens office and just want their Oxys. Dr P's office SAVES lives and detoxes people. Two thumbs up!

Office staff is horrible! You can never get through on the phone, its always busy. The staff never calls you back or answers your messages. They only help you or do paperwork when they feel like it and thats rare!
