Dr. Rachanelli is the BEST plastic surgeon around. I have been a patient for 4 years and couldn't be more happy with his work !!! He spends time during your consultation and appointment. In the past, I had work done with other plastic surgeons and the results were mot even close to Dr. Rachanelli. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Amazing surgeon with gentle loving hands! Had a terrible eye injury where my eyelid was torn. I was brought to HUMC ER by ambulance where they did absolutely nothing! The plastic surgeon did not feel comfortable performing such a delicate procedure. Luckily I I reached out to Dr. Racanelli where he swiftly arranged and modified his schedule to see me immediately. Not only did he accommodate me he made sure I was seen that day by an eye specialist to make sure there was no internal damage. I am forever grateful as my eyelid has healed nicely with limited scarring with a natural appearance. I can assure his reconstructive talent is none like no other.

Dr. Racanelli and his office staff are incredible! Such a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. They are kind, patient and caring. They take the time to listen and understand no matter what the situation. Dr. Racanelli means it when he says if you’re not happy he’s not happy. He truly puts his heart and soul into his work and it shows. I could not be any happier with my results. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Racanelli for 10 years now. Dr. Racanelli is the only physician that I would trust with any surgery or injectable treatment. After seeing many different plastic surgeons in my country I can confidently say I have not met anyone like Dr. Racanelli. What really stuck out to me is his attention to detail and how much he cares about my results. He always takes photos of me before my treatments and has me come back in 2 weeks so we can go over my photos. No doctor that I have seen has ever invited me back for a Botox or filler follow up! I see him religiously for my Botox and filler treatments and I will not be going anywhere else. My results are always natural looking and I receive compliments from all of my friends and family members. After doing some extensive research of NJ/NY plastic surgeons I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Racanelli for a breast augmentation and I could not be happier I did! Victoria was the first staff member I spoke to and she was phenomenal. After a lengthy conversation and lots of questions I felt 100% confident booking my consultation appointment. When meeting Dr. Racanelli for my consultation I was blown away by his professionalism and compassion. He did not make me feel rushed or stupid for any questions I had, not only is Dr. Racanelli a great communicator but also an amazing listener. Booking surgery with him was a no brainer. Both Priscilla and Hannah were extremely helpful and could not have made this process any easier/convenient for me. From the pre-op, to the actual surgery, and post-op care I felt as if I was in the best possible hands. Dr. Racanelli has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced… with a doctor. Nearly 6 months post-op and I'm still blown away by the results of my breast augmentation. Dr. Racanelli listened to my wants and accomplished my vision, I truly could not be more satisfied with my results. I had the absolute BEST experience with the entire staff and Dr. Racanelli. He was very good about educating me through the whole process and really good about helping me figure out what I wanted to achieve with surgery and what would best suit me.
