I wish I never had knee surgery does that tell you something

I love dr. Ritchie! He has the best bed side manor and always has a smile on his face. He has done surgery on my right knee and getting ready to do my left knee. I would not dream of going to anyone else!! He is awesome!

dr Ritchie...actually I went in to have knee operation....and he came out and was so happy he diagnosed my pregnancy...he said.im not this kind of dr...but were pregnant...I miscarried....and he done my knee 1 month later.......he is the best bone dr...in the world..he's great..and caring..and I would trust him with the baby we had the next year..when he done my knee he told me i'd need a new knee within 3 yrs...and 15 yrs later....My knee is absolutely great......thanks dr Ritchie....and to othe patients...you will like him......

Dr. Ritchie was recommended to me by my mother after her Total Knee Replacement. I have had bad knees since high school. He did all he could to put of a TKR, but when there was no remaining course of action, I went ahead with the surgery. I broke my leg less than a year later, and had to have a second TKR. I wouldn't trust anyone else, but Dr. Ritchie and his team!

Great staff! As with all specialist, it would have been nice to have more time with the Dr, but his team was very competent and helpful! His attention to my pain and working to give me relief was greatly appreciated. He didn't try to push surgery as first option, and was willing to listen to my concerns. Surgery did end up needing to be done, and I am now on the mend. Thanks Dr. Ritchie and team!

Very poor bedside manor. After waiting 40 minutes for the appointment the doctor and a group of what assume to be trainee's came in and he looked at my knee for 10 seconds and said you need surgery my assistant will be with you to schedule that. He then exited the room with his entourage and I waited another 20 minutes in tears. This was the first time I met this doctor. Had a list of questions for him if I did need surgery that never got answered. Then to top everything off He was not in my network after his staff told me he was. I received a $407 bill for a mean doctor to make me cry! I do not recommend and if you do go check with your insurance company first because his staff does not know!

Went to on a workmans comp case and left with the feeling that doctor has only insurance company in mind. No patient care was seemed to be given was very short and crass with you didnt listen to therapists recommendations and with the patient room open heard doctor making jokes about you the patient. Dont come here if you want any care!!!!

He told me he didn't know what was wrong with me. No follow up. No recommendations. Nothing!
