I was referred to office and to specific hygienist. who was great the first time. So, as a result I scheduled an upcoming appt for myself and my husband for 8 months later. The day before our appts., that same hygienist called to tell me that she is no longer the hygienist, she is the receptionist. I said, "why did you wait until the day before our appts. to tell us this. She stated there is a new hygienist. (GREAT, I did not choose her, have no knowledge of her). She attempted to make it sound like it was to our benefit for her to clean my teeth and new hygienist to clean my husbands for time constraints. I stated that the reason I made the appts was because I knew her. She agreed to clean both our teeth. The dentist checked my husband and stated he had gum disease and he could not do a full cleaning on him. Meanwhile the hygienist/receptionist is complaining to me and asked if because my husband was already in the room, could the other hygienist clean his teeth. I said,… "no" and was annoyed that we were now being coerced to change plans. Well, she barely cleaned my husbands teeth but charged the full amount and she did a terrible job cleaning mine. I will now in addition to the $300.00 I paid to them, I will have to have my teeth cleaned again. In addition I feel that we were treated very poorly by them and felt terrible when we left.

I have been his patient for 18 years. He is caring and always available. I needed root canal. I called and he met me at the office. They don’t come better than him. If he isn’t your dentist he should be. Everyone in his office is awesome from Ellen to Lisa and his mom is the best.
