Dr. Joseph Anthony Trapp, DO

I started seeing Dr. Joseph Trapp in the late 80's and from that time had been on Vicodin and xanniax for chronic pain and suffering and depression and anxiety. The first thing he would ask when entering the room was, do you need refills? In 2007 I had 3 knee surgeries, last was a total knee replacement and that's when I was put on oxycotton after that I had 2 shoulder surgeries and I continued my medication's as prescribed by 2016 he had me do a. urinalysis, the following month when seeing him,I was told by him that I had a trace of marijuana and that he was dropping me of my medicine and that he would not give them to me anymore and that's he didn't want to lose his license and if I called him I wouldn't get through. Now mind you I had been on the medication's for close to 30 years. I was dropped like a hot potato and had no idea what to do and I was alone. I went through terrible withdrawals. and my mind and body isn't right even now and it's been 9 months ago. I've lost my house… and I can't get readjusted, it awlful ? Don't you think after all those years with him he would have stepped me down off of them, then to do to me what he did? This doctor is not a doctor. What doctor does this to a 59 yr.old disabled person? Dr.Joseph Trapp does? Shame on him! Has he done this to others ? And get away with this? I want to get back to myself and that's been a heavy challenge. My eye sight is blurred vision now and I am still so very numb... Shame on you Dr. Trapp!!! Not wishing you well ?

always has one foot out the door. NEVER take the first appointment of the day as he is always 30 minutes or more late which reflects in the time spent with the pt. not an attentive listener. now the office wants to charge to do a Prior Authorization for an elective medication treatment. sorry it takes them 40 minutes to do a PA which is good for a year in most cases. so since they don't want to do their job, my prescription cost me almost $30 for a 30 day supply, as if there was a PA on file with my insurance company, the cost of the med would have been under $9.
