I just wanted to add/follow-up on my review posted on 12-2019. My mom has had a couple of follow-ups since her visit to ER w/Dr. Tripp and we just found out on 02-14-19 that her foot was broken NOT GOUT as Dr. Tripp diagnosed. He didn't even bother to x-ray her foot/leg nor did her primary doctor afterwards. So she was moving around/barely able to walk on that foot for over 2months. But thank God for Dr. Martin in Roanoke Rapids for taking the time to be more proactive and caring about my mom. I pray that Dr. Tripp and others who carry themselves in that manner allow God to change them to be in the business for truly and wholeheartedly caring for those that come to you for help. I am glad my mom will doing better and looking forward to her full recovery.

This was one of the WORST I have ever experienced. I won't go into full details but my family and I will just PRAY for this doctor.

There have been numerous occasions that we've taken my mother to the ER and she has been treated and talked to like animal by Dr. Tripp. He is very mean,rude and unprofessional. He doesn't need to work directly work with oatients..... especially African American ones.

My wife was seen yesterday at obh. She was unconscious and incoherent due to a on going medical condition. He intended to discharge her still in that condition. I found his bed side manner to be lacking and he had no compassion for those in crisis. Due to my insistence we have been transfer to princess name hospital and are receiving proper care. I truly believe my wife's life would have been seriously endangered had we followed his instruction and been discharged.

Rude, unprofessional, misdiagnosed problem, should not be practicing medicine.

Terrible doctor...he released my mother from the hospital when her blood pressure was 178/128, hurting in her chest and shortness of breath saying there was nothing he could do. I do not recommend him for anyone.
