Dr. Watkins is a nice man. I found the wait time ridiculous. I once waited for an hour and a half, and none of his assistants called me back for examination. I felt the brain tests I was put on, weren’t conclusive and beneficial. Most of all, I did not feel the office staff cared about me. I didn’t find the office staff welcoming. Again, Dr. Watkins is a nice man. It’s just the wait time and the office staff’s rudeness that drives me away.

Not impressed sent my mom home showed no interest

When going here for the second time in 4 years, it was nice that he had obviously reviewed the last time I was there and knew a little about me personally. I do not like the experience of having nerve conduction studies done, but Dr. Watkins explained what was going to happen prior to it happening, so I could be at least a little prepared. He was communicative, humorous (a bit dry; I thought he was funny), and relatable. My appointment started nearly on time (which I find rare with doctors these days) and the lady at the front desk was efficient in getting me checked in and wished me a merry Christmas when I left. Dr. Watkins helped clean me off from the use of a jelly-like substance used for better electrical connections throughout the procedure, as well as at the end of testing. I truly believed that Dr. Watkins was concerned about me and hoped that with his testing, I could find some relief. I recommend him.

Moody; long wait time; sometimes very friendly and other times dismissive.

One visit was for him to evaluate my symptoms and the next visit I had a nerve conduction test.

I beg you to avoid this man and his rude staff. Non-courteous. I received very poor service from the doctor. Unprofessional. Utterly a waist of my time.

This doctor is probably the rudest man to have ever walked the earth! I would never recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Watkins is an intelligent and friendly physician. He diagnosed me right away and the treatment plan (which he included my thoughts on the matter) was just what I needed. My symptoms have not disappeared (as I have a disease that there is no cure for) but through Dr. Watkins' expertise at treating my disease, the symptoms are absolutely manageable! I can live my life again! I also want to comment that Dr. Watkins is personable, knows how to dumb-it-down when I need him to, he doesn't rush through my appointment and if you're waiting in the waiting room to see him, be assured that he will spend just as much time with you as he does with all of his patients. Knowing that makes the wait worth it!

Dr. Watkins is a nice guy but both times we have been to see him, he has made us wait well over an hour in the waiting room. He likes to talk about random chit chat items while other patients are waiting for much more important types of conversations. This wait is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible customer service

Getting in to see him took about 10 days ( my surgeon requested ASAP). Dr W was kind and personable. He was very conversational and funny. My testing was unpleasant, but he made it as bearable as possible. The office was very polite. Unsure about the promptness of providing referring Dr results.
