Dr. Josephine Phyllis Preciado, MD

I have multiple county, state & national complaints out on Dr. Josephine P Preciado, as of today. I am also working with my attorney on a malpractice lawsuit. This doctor is notorious for illegally abandoning patients in good standing with no prior notice. You literally don't have to do anything wrong or even want the meds she prescribes to be struck last minute without care for pain management and primary care. She is, by definition, a federal criminal.

She is condescending, profiles patients, frequently makes statements such as "you need to learn to live with pain" as opposed to performing her duty as a physician in assisting her patients with pain management. Her staff has similar attitude. Avoid her.

This Dr did not help me. Only made me feel I was wasting her time (which she doesn't like spending with you ). Its a battle trying to get your prescriptions filled , time to ask questions, or referrals. You can't discuss more than one issue without getting told about it. Be prepared to make multiple trips to the Dr for something that can be handled in one visit. I was afraid to even ask a question, that's sad. Rude
