Had an appointment today but did not have the funds to pay the co-payment. I already needed to pay a balance so I decided that I would include in balance. However, I was told I could not be seen and that they have to have the payment. I even offered to keep my card on file to take the payment out at the end of month since I get paid once a month. So I had to reschedule while I am actually at the office because the doctor office care more about their money than my health. Really!!!!!!! I am also posting this on google and health websites because it’s not fair for hardworking citizens to be pushed to the side because they don’t have the money. Wasn’t gone 10 minutes and got a call from the billing department about making payment arrangements. My prediction was correct they care more about their money than the patient. Wow, not a good look.

Dr. Burak is very cautious and watches for 'the little things' that others might have missed. I highly recommend him.
