Dr. Joshua Villar Cabrera, MD

I took my daughter to Dr. Cabrera 5 years ago after struggling for years to seek the best possible treatment for her depression, anxiety, and OCD. She immediately clicked with him - which is unheard of for her - and he has spent countless hours with her for the entire past 5 years. He has guided her through so many crises and points of desperation that I have no words to thank him enough. Not only did I feel he is directly responsible for the fact that my daughter is alive today, but he is also one of the main reasons she has begun to thrive. He cared for our FAMILY as well, and this mom needed hope and needed someone to care.

I have had bad experience in my lifetime and the root of the problems have never been addressed after years of therapy. Dr. Cabrera is low key, asks a lot of questions, and has really given me some hope that my life can be better. I really appreciate him.

i've been a patient of Dr. Cabrera since 2014. I would highly recommend him! I came him to him with major anxiety, depression, and OCD. He has listened to me, and taken into account my past of seeing other Dr's. Medication is not the first thing he recommends. He helped me find other methods to cope, and we eventually realized i needed medication. He has listened to all my reactions and is extremely responsive when i have an issue.
