Dr. Joshua J Jacobs, MD

Dr. Jacobs took time to examine, explain and discuss my options. I chose having a cortisone shot and delaying the surgery. I expected I would then have to schedule the shot for later. Instead I received the shot then with Dr. Jacobs examining my walking after the shot. Very even. He gave me the names of 3 surgeons. He does not operate anymore. I value his opinion and feel confident. I already have an appointment.

I came from another state to see Dr. Jacobs because of his reputation in the field of knee replacements. He confirmed what needed to be done in order to try and fix my knee. He was honest and forthright about the outcome, saying it could be successful or not be successful and the choice was mine to decide. He agreed with the plan put forth from my other surgeon and that made me feel good. After 2.5 years of suffering from my original knee replacement I finally have a plan to follow. I would recommend Dr. Jacobs.
