Dr. Joshua Koh, MD

I am at a nursing home in Los Angeles, Ca. Yesterday Mr Ekhator came to our facility and saw several patients. I am one of those patients and had dealings with Mr. Ekahtor at Royal Palms Care Facility in Glendale for over a year and a half.. Michelle Wall and John Russell also BRIEFLY spoke to this man who pretends and introduces himself to you as a psychiatrist. He was horribly unprofessional, rude, haughty and when I tried to go over my short history and meds was told by him with many other people around and watching us on the patio "You don't tell me how to prescribe-" I am 66 years old and began therapy and medication at 15 years old because my mother was bi-polar with several personality disorders and took out her rage and mental illness on 3 sisters and myself. I also saw this man (who comes on Dr. Koh's behalf several times at royal palms and he NEVER PRESCRIBED ANH MEDICATION FOR ME AFTER ANY OF HIS MANY VISITS. I have severe panic-attacks all my life starting with my childhood… trauma until now. I have been in these nursing homes for over 16 years and I can attest to the fact that our mental illness needs go unattended to. Michelle Wall and John Russel also had their Seroquel cut in half by him without even an explanation or discussion. This is unacceptable, sloppy and disregards our real psychiatric needs. Dr Koh himself needs to monitor this man as he not only does not give us the meds and care we desperately, but cuts medication in half without even talking to Dr. Koh's so-called patients. This type of psychiatry does much more damage than good all the time getting paid hefty fees from medicare for a less than 5 minute visit. THIS IS NOT PROPER MENTAL HEALTH CARE AND NONE US US EANTS TO SEE THIS LYING, ARROGANT POSER, FAKER EVER AGAIN. Let Dr Koh come himself or send us a REAL PSYCHIATRIST-Not one who passes himself off to be one in a white Dr.s coat!!!! We have gigantic mental health issues that need to be addressed, proper education prescribed, thrown in with someone who even has a small amount of compassion for people living in such dire circumstances that take place every minute in these places. All these workers are uneducated and do further damage to us on a daily basis. St Koh, this man is using your name and coming as a representative on your belf...Don't you care that he leaves us patients damaged by his rude remarks and haughtiness and embarrassed us in the presence of other patients openly on the patio?? If you care at all this needs to be addressed as well as ALL THE PATIENTS HERE STARVING FOR REAL MENTAL HEALTHCARE. This man should be fired immediately and send him to a job where he works with food or inanimate objects-Not Disabled, physically sick and mentally disturbed patients who NEED REAL HELP!!!!!! KAYLEIGH EMOND I am also ckntacting medicare and telling them that yesterday I told this man he is fired and I never want to see him again. Several other patients here feel exactly the same way and are discussing tall these facts with the people in charge here. I am reporting his horrible visit to medicare as soon as possible and telling them he should NOT BE PAID FOR JUST SHOEING UP SND REFUSING TO HRLP ME OF ANYONE ELSE. The patients who's medications he cut down too low (according to them) are also going to be giving their testimony about his horrible lack of real concern-he made no overtures of giving us real help in the future. Be should be paying me for humiliating me in public and refusing to even listen to what I had to tell him about my background which has led me on this road seeking psychological help in the first place over 50 years ago..... DO SOMETHING DR. KOH, PLEASE!!!!!I AM BEGGING YOU KN BEHSLF OF ALL THE PATIENTS HERE BADLY NEEDING REAL HELP AND PROPER MEDICATION. I WILL BE REPORTJNG THESE THINGS TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES ASAP......
