Dr. Joshua Matthew Mcnatt, MD

My husband and I both were patients of Dr. Kiley and would have never changed doctors, but Dr. Kiley retired. Dr. McNatt took his place, and while he is very different than Dr. Kiley, I believe he is a great doctor -- he has four stars for all my ratings. Things have changed in the medical world. Unfortunately doctors today have additional responsibilities required of them -- such as all of the computer work, which makes the experience very different. I'm sorry that Piedmont found it necessary to close this office and that Dr. McNatt is no longer my primary doctor.

I have seen this doctor for as long as he has been practicing. I felt I had a good relationship with him and most of the staff. Recently, I have had some tragedies and emergencies that caused me to miss two appointments and I received a letter stating that I am not welcome at this practice any longer. I have always paid my bills on time and have never missed appointments without notice. When I called to explain what happened, Dr. Mcnatt had his office manager call to tell me to find someone else to treat me. Clearly he doesn't care about anything but office policy and money. Great job keeping that hippocratic oath. The wait in this office has also always been extremely long. All in all, this practice is not worth wasting your hard earned money on.

I am a mother of four children and we couldn't be happier with the care we have received from Dr. Mcnatt and the staff at Green Primary Care. Dr. Mcnatt always is very thorough and listens well when I come in for an appointment. I appreciate the time he takes with my children and how well he explains the issue and treatment plan. My children actually look forward to going to see Dr. McNatt!I would recommend him to family and friends!
