Dr. Joshua Andrew Miller, MD

Dr. Miller did my recent surgery to relieve pressure from a blood vessel on a nerve on my brain that was causing unbearable neurological facial pain. Medicine had ceased to work and the only way out was surgery. All I can say was the Lord's hands were guiding his hands in my surgery and healing. He is a true professional in every way. His staff is second to non and treated me and my wife with sincere respect. My initial appointment and follow up appointments were all excellent. Surgery was at Jackson Hospital, Montgomery Alabama.

Because he put a plate very crooked in my neck the blood is not flowing through to the cervical bones and it's causing them to break down. I'm rapidly losing height. I have lots of pain and have since the day he did it. It feels like I'm choking. The problem with the blood flow is a serious condition that could even cause death.

Waited 6 months for an appointment with Dr. Miller. The office called me the morning of my appt to say that Dr. Miller was sick. They would call me the following week to reschedule. One week later they left me a message and I called back a few minutes later. The person who answered said they would call me back because they didn't have the ability to enter the info. No one called me back for several days. I called them and the receptionist said he was no longer taking patients. Despite me waiting 6 months and them canceling on me, they wouldn't reschedule. Poor business practice, poor office employees, and I wasted my time.

Dr Miller, es un gran cirujano, muy ocupado, entregado a su trabajo. He tenido dos cirugías cervicales con el, y estoy muy agradecida. Es un ser humano muy seguro, quien me brindo mucha confianza, aun cuando otros cirujanos, no me recomendaban cirugía. Mi presión arterial, movimiento motor, dolores, mi respiración iban disminuyendo. Tengo una reumatologa, quien me dijo, que mi diagnóstico de fibromialgia era la causante de mi estado de salud. Aun con cambios en mi sistema cardiovascular, y un estado degenerativo en toda mi columna vertebral, Dr Miller ha logrado que yo pueda vivir tener calidad de vida, puedo tener menos medicamentos, y continuar una vida normal, mayor independencia de mi misma, y sin el miedo de quedar cuadripléjica. No solo lo recomiendo, sino, que les invicto a ocuparse de su salud, entendiendo que no es fácil, y que si hay esperanzas. Gracias Doctor Miller, por hacer la diferencia! He done my husbands back surgery an he got staff several times they had to go on an remove the hardware that he put in him cause of staff he doesn’t care bout his patients after the surgery it’s like oh well it didn’t work we can try another route do not go to him

Dr. Miller was referred to me by my chiropractor for my lower back issues. He was approachable, professional and knowledgeable about my specific condition. I would feel comfortable having him perform my surgery, if it comes to that. My only complaint is that it takes so long to get an appointment with him, but that's because his calendar is so full because he is very good.

Before major neck surgery Dr was great.Sent home with no rehab instructions. No follow up care. Wound became infected.Tried several rounds of antibiotics with no success. Never sent to wound specialist or offered.Resulting scar is prominent. After I revisited with Dr and mentioned I received no relief from surgery the attitude was "oh well we tried, now leave.Dont go if you eat a Dr who cares.This one does not.

This doctor seems like he dont care about your aftercare needs at all. Like wham, bam, thank you mamn. Stay away from this guy. You will be in a lot of pain afterwards and he wont give you anything for it. So just look elsewhere.
