Dr. Renkin was there for me at my worst time, he took the time to listen to what I was experiencing and came up with a treatment that did not involve surgery. I truly respect and believe in the diagnosis he gives me as he will then take the time for me to understand it and what my options are. Thank you

The Only reason I wouldn't give this rating excellent in absolutely all categories is because of his staff. They are not nearly as polite, humble, or kind as Dr Renkin is. Do not expect them to call you if they are supposed to-you'd better call them. I didn't stay on top of my appointments - ie make the next one before you leave-& ended up having to go in with no warning (I was told they left several messages but checked both phones and no calls from them except the one I already knew about to return mine.) REALLY early in the morning, & I have young children to get to school. That, or wait a couple more months at least when at this point I am already almost 2 months behind. No WONDER my head has been hurting more lol. But it's not too bad, definitely worth dealing with all of that to have him as a neurologist! Dr Renkin is a wonderful, kind, soft spoken, down to earth man, who is very good at what he does. He listens, and is never hurried, but he also gets right down to… business and I rarely if ever sit down good in the waiting room before he calls me back himself. He has helped bring much needed relief for my chronic pain.

He is a very careful and caring doctor. He does necessary tests, but only as needed. He's easy to talk to and gives advice that falls into the VERY helpful range. He tells you what's going on with you in English instead of doctor language. I've been going to him for 6 years and never felt the need to find a new doctor. If I need to talk to him, I leave a message and he contacts me back within 12 hours. He falls into the category of excellent doctor!

In search for a neurologist, Dr. Renkin has the mannerism I need then I read the reviews, and fortunately the office is a closer neighborhood - I set appointment with a good Neurologist. On Arrival, I found the staff surprisingly pleasant! Filling out only necessary questions, Dr Renkin reviewed my paperwork, following was a quick exam, tracking responses. Promptly, assessing and prescribing a list; all a well organized and efficient. If one prepares homework, Dr. Renkin responds shedding light.
