Dr. Joshua Richards, MD

He gave me a shoulder transplant and I could not be happier .2 week after I was reaching above the door frame, 6 weeks after almost full motion of my shoulder. This is my 7th week and very excited about the recovery .would highly recommend Dr Richards.

He was compassionate and informative and went out of his way to make sure we could get an early surgery appt so my daughter could eat and drink as soon as possible since she could not for 8 hours before surgery. Inwould highly recommend him.

Dr. Richards is extremely rude. Worst doctor appointment I've ever experienced in my entire life. Arrogant, abrupt and shows absolutely no sign of compassion what so ever. Hope he is a good surgeon because his bedside manner is astonishingly poor.

Even though Joshua Richards has a dual degree, don't expect him to actually understand his specialty. Without even having touched my arm, he tried to convince me I had a tear in the region where I'm having pain. I insisted on an MRI to get a more objective diagnosis. Lo and behold, there is NO tear to be found. I now understand why some are not okay with Obamacare: hard-earned money is going to be spent on doctors who toss out a diagnosis they can't even prove.

Dr Richards' staff was very nice but there were long waits once in the exam room (total wait time of 45 minutes for about 5 minutes with a NP and 5 min with doc). When Dr Richards finally entered the room, he did not introduce himself, shake my hand, or even close the door. He was cocky, condescending, and trivialized my concerns. I found him and his anecdotes arrogant and rude. I don't go see a doctor unless I have a real concern and I expect to be treated with respect (both my time and personally during the consult/exam). If you expect the same I'd recommend seeing someone other than Dr Richards.
