My initial appointment was three months ago when he said he didn't think I was a good candidate for surgery. Instead of just dropping me at that point, he offered up alternative suggestions and wanted me to come back and let him know how things were going. I really appreciate his time, suggestions, and care. I felt like he really listened to me at both appointments and cared about my treatment. Thankfully, I have made improvements without surgery.

It took six years and eight other doctors telling me I'm a drug seeker making up this pain and Dr. Shatsky listened and had a diagnosis in 15 minutes. I owe him my life.

It was nice to have someone show and explain all the images In my MRI and X-rays. He really listened to what I had to say. Talked me through any concerns. After telling me he didn't think surgery was my best option at this point, he talked through different options and didn't simply send me on my way. He also wanted me to come back to see how things are going. It really felt like I was seen and that he cared.
