Dr. Joshua Simon

This guy is a narcissistic. OMG he need to get into another field. I was put on Bipolar meds because I mentioned that my mom and brother was Bipolar. Them meds had me afraid to drive when I left for California. Couldn't drive the freeway in San Diego for at least 3 weeks and im from a big city. I stop the medication and had no fear after that. He kept telling he was going to help me. As a nurse I know a good Dr. when I see one and he's one.I enjoyed California the whole summer and moved back to Texas and got my nursing license back. He projected and tried to make me seem like I was worst off than I was. I lost my nursing license in Tucson on a patient who ventilator who failed on him and the company notified my board of nursing and lied. It was traumatic enough to go through that. But to have a Dr. Who was non caring and didn't listen. I stopped talking for the last 2 sessions.

Dr. Simon has the kindest demeaner and best listening skills. He has a warm and inviting presence and he listens very well. It seems that whoever wrote a negative review was confused about what psychiatrists do. Psychiatrists usually assist with diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. They are trained to do therapy, but most leave the therapy for therapists and social workers, preferring instead to focus on managing mental health through medical interventions. When it comes to this role, Dr. Simon is amazing!

When we looked for therapy or help, we try to find therapists or doctors knowledgeable or at least to have an encounter with that wise person that can make us reflect in our mistakes or our way to see things. This is not the doctor that can give us a wise feedback, but only let us talk and not say nothing beneficial. Don't waste your time.

The entire staff provided a warm professional environment. Dr. Simon was personable and very empathetic. I'm so appreciative for the medical plan that he has outlined for me. I
