Dr. Joshua James Warren, MD

I see Dr.Warren at Limestone Medical Center, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He takes the time to listen and is very informative about the medications and any possible side effects they may have. I am very comfortable with him and would give a 10 star rating if I could.

Before you deal with Dr. Warren you must deal with the completely incompetent office staff. It appeared seemed as thought even phone messages were NOT delivered to him. ALL phone calls from the office are automated and AFTER hours. Dr. Warren in my opinion has no Bed Side Manner. I have dealt with over ten psychiatrists in my 37 years and he is the ONLY one that does not deal with his patients as if "the patient is in charge & he is there to advise, recommend & help the patient get better." ALL of my other psychiatrists have had this frame of mind in dealing with me!!!

Very knowledgeable psychiatrist that is up to date on new medications. He is a good listener, & works WITH the patient to determine a treatment plan that is best for individual. I am a RN, & have been extremely pleased with his communication & medication explanations. In addition, he has clinic days in smaller communities outside of Waco, which vastly improves patient acces to his expertise.

Receptionists are extremely rude! Dr. Seemed knowledgeable about everything but what was going on at the front. I was talked down to a lot and when I finally had enough of it I told the lady, in a professional way by the way, that if she hated her job so much she should consider looking elsewhere and that she is infact RUDE! I received a letter in the mail a few days later i was dropped as a patient. Did I also mention this is after being his patient for 2yrs!! Strongly don't recommend. The dr will back his staff, no matter what they do!!

I think Dr. Warren is a great doctor and person. He has helped me and my daughter in many ways. My issue is with his office staff. They do not have any respect for anyone outside the walls that enclose them. Little do they know if the doctors had no patients they would have no job!! When I am paying $100 plus a visit I think that I deserve to be treated like I am someone which is deserving of respect and to be talked to with out attitude. I am sure most of his patients or parents of his patients have a higher education and or title than secretary or office assistant.

Dr warren is very nice and knowledgeable. But,I guess he has toooo much on his plate. Answers cell phone or texts during the very short time u have to see him. Staff is rude. And ever since I've been seeing him, have had nothing but trouble getting refills for meds. Even when you have called numerous times to inquire about the refills. And have told them you are out. Might get meds week to week and half later...keep searching!!!

Dr warren is awesome person. He told me straight up and even made me cry fhe 2nd visit. But he felt bad he said. He had all my meds right finallu then i had a baby boy. When i tried make a appomenn after that. The didnt yak mey insurancs anymore. So now i have to start al over again. Thank you dr warren for being a great doctor. Iit takes me a long time to trust sombody...i trusted him. The only problem i had was wotb the staff...his one lady treated me like trush.
