Dr. Josif Borovic

Dr Borovic and his Nurse Practitioners make in excess of 2,000 visits and patient interactions a month. Most of the interactions are very positive, beneficial and helpful to the patients. Unfortunately out of roughly 24,000 interactions a year, there will be a few people that are not satisfied. Pain Management is unfortunately is very close to being the "Law Enforcement specialty of Medicine" nowadays. The rules are rapidly changing and our Nation is grappling with the deaths from the opiate overdose that the physicians have been at times unknowingly perpetuating. Not everyone will be happy with the treatment at Dr Borovic's office and we count on a few leaving terrible reviews. Anyone who runs Pain Management office correctly will get a few of those.

The wait time is THREE to FOUR HOURS in an overpacked hot room without enough chairs. Office staff runs the practice, forcing patients to stand IN A POOL OF URINE from other patients, nearly slipping and falling INTO THE POOL OF URINE every, single visit for drug testing. Malfeasant, lying, abusive and racist staff, accusing nearly every patient of “threatening them” if they ask a simple, polite question about their appointments. They FORCE the patients to undergo frightening, dangerous injection procedures, the only way you’ll ever actually meet Borovic himself, and Borovic frequently conducts these surgical injections improperly or ineptly and the patients have nerve damage and even more pain. Accuses every patient of being a drug abuser if the office can’t make enough money off of them in a long term basis.

What drugs have the doctor shoved down your throat or injected you with that he's getting such rave reviews? Is this a joke? Not only are there wait times (over an hour in length), you have incompetent staff who neglect answering their phones that you can't even reschedule to avoid their $25 cancellation fee ($50 if you have an injection). Oh, the office is short-staffed? Then get more employees. If you have audacity to charge these ridiculous fees, then you must have enough to pay for more staff.

Plan to spend an entire day if you have an appoint here. Not to mention the staff are rude could care less about your situation , your just a number.. the dr takes forever and a day to see the patients. Waiting area too small . If you book too many patients you should pick up the pace. The staff need a course in courtesy and professionalism.

Never sees you after giving you shots in hospital. You only see PA. Girls in front office are rude and unprofessional

I have been a pt of Dr. Borovic for 9 1/2 years. I travel 1 hour to his office. I don't trust anyone else.

Great doctor takes the time to listen to you.

DR BOROVIC IS WONDERFUL, ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS FIELD, HE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND CARING ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.
