she really care about her patients took good care of my whole family I wouldn't have no other doctor for my family

Dr.Stevenson rushed when she seen me ! I told her my problems that I was having and I was referred to someone else. I will be looking for another doctor!!! I did not feel comfortable being in the same room with her. Her staff are great but as far as her, very poor bedside manners!!!! Look for another doctor if you are reading this review

In my opinion I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The staff is lazy and does not take the initiative to follow up. Secretary said she would make an ultrasound appt in 2 days (for a lump). 4 days later I called and was told wait 2 more days. In other words WAIT 6 days for them to DIAL ANOTHER OFFICE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I ended up making my own appointment. Also was hung up on when I was concerned about my labs taking over 7 days for results. Was told my results were LOST in the system.I paid $50 for labs and never got the results).

No one else in waiting room. Guy at the desk was a little flippant and girl was arrogant.Dr. set up 2 appts for me, podiatrist and dermatologist. Said referrals would be faxed. The podiatrist's office called on the morning of my appt and had not received referral, took me calling Dr. Stephenson's off 4 phone calls before they sent referral. Young lady on the phone was very beligerant. Same with the dermatoligist, except I did not know referaal had not been received until I arrived. Tried to call Dr. Stephenson's office but they close at noon on Friday. Called on Monday and same young lady wtih the same attitude said she would see what she could do. 2 hrs. later the dermatoligist still did not have the referral. I call the dermatoligist 2 hours after that call and they still did not have the referral. Took 2 moore phone calls to the Primary care Doc and when they finally sent it the wrong date was on the refferal. I have called twice today and they are trying to get in touch… with someone to see if they can back date the referral.

The wait wasn't long.The staff guy at the front desk wasn't rude but he wasn't warm,inviting or friendly.(it was my first visit) The medical asst was nice and professional.Dr. Stevenson came off great but didn't address my complaint about abd. pain at all.She started to act toward the end of the visit like I annoyed her with all my complaints.Mind you I hadn't been to a gen med doctor since 2006!(no insurance)They made me a f/u appt for 3 months I will not be going!

Appears a little "rough" around the edges at times.
