Dr Joven Dungo is very professional and is always there to answer my concerns. He is there everytime I need to answer any medical question. I have no worries with him. Staff is very professional and kind. Vilma Torres

He calls himself a Cardiologist, but is not Board Certified! Performs Cardiac Catheterization's at Christ Hospital and Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City? How is that possible with out proper training and/or certifications... What would he do if he has to perform a preventive procedure? He can't put a stent or perform and angioplasty.... Hun? Things that make you wonder....

Great friendly doctor, staff is very kind. However, it takes too long to see the doctor for an exam. Too many drug reps and people occupying the doctors time. It has taken hours to see him sometimes. Needs improvement in patient care/time dept.

this Dr cares more about the pharmaceuticals sales people then his own patients, I guess if his patients start bring in free lunch he would spend more time with them,. because of his negligence I lost a very close love one. dont trust this dr.

Waited over 2 hours. Complete waste of time.

Had to wait for days to get an appointment after an injury. Was left in the examination room for 20 minutes after 1 hour wait in the waiting room. Doctor spent 5 minutes and decided he did know know, prescribed X Ray and MRI. A week after, still no test results in, and I had no more prescription pain killers. I had to beg so they would make the call and get the test results and when they did, they gave me a follow up appointment (which I had to beg for) for the following week again. For the record, I have injured my foot and at this point, it's been 2 weeks and the doctor still does not know what that is nor car tell me if it is safe to walk or anything. Poor, poor patient care. Not recommended.

I prefer my mom's doctor to be board certified.
