Dr. Joy Yungchia Chen, MD

She and her associate, Dr. Arden Edwards are both outstanding, caring, competent dermatologists.

This is an exceptionally organized practice while remaining caring and courteous. The doctors are well-trained and knowledgable and show great concern for their patients.

Although she doesn't accept insurance, I really like Dr. Chen! The only issue I've had was when I tried to schedule a "problem" appointment with her (March 2012), the only available appointment was one month away! Unfortunately, I had to go to another dermatologist.

Three things that matter to me. I felt like Dr Chen was very competent in finding what I needed. Secondly, I felt she was extremely respectful of what i wanted to do, and included me in her recommendations. She has the gift of perception which means she sees the context of her patient. And lastly, Dr. Chen has the gift of loving, caring and healing which makes her an awesome doctor. Visit her an find out for yourself

Dr. Chen is a wonderful physician! She is very attentive, very knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns. She spent over 35 minutes with me on my first appointment and I never felt rushed. I am extremely satisfied with my care in Dr. Chen's office!

I went to Dr. Chen to get Botox. She was great and I got a great result. She spent a lot of time with me and really explained everything very well. I had received Botox at another area office and the Dr. was not even the one injecting me. I was able to get an appointment the same week which was nice.
