AVOID this person at all cost. Completely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and speaks in circles without the ability to answer medical questions directly. After waiting for over an hour for a conference call, she hung up on my mom, myself and siblings, yelling "Find yourself another person, I am done with this!" All because we asked her to wait a moment while we translated for my mom, she said, "I have other patients waiting so if you can not speak so much..." Completely rude and didn't make sense as we waited until the end of the day when we were finally able to speak with her. Then we asked Joy Ignacio to give examples of what steps we could take to improve our mom's diet for the condition that Joy outlined, she could not answer this basic question directly but rather saying, "we have been monitoring your mom okay!" this response made no sense and was unrelated to the question. Horrible communication, hard to understand, and disrespectful. If this is the type of care you and your… family can stomach, then Joy is the person, if you expect the smallest level of respect, then run away from this person so you and your family do not have the same experience as we did and the others reviewing here.
