Dr. Joy O Iguobadia, MD

Dr. Joy is very personable and interested in me as a whole person. I always leave her office feeling uplifted and satisfied with the visit.

Rudest doctor I have come into contact within my 69 years! I previously had gone to Dr. Lee who I dearly loved. Dr. Lee left the area and I was referred to Dr. Joy Iguobadia. I had an emergency and had to cancel my first appointment. In the meantime I had run out of my thyroid medicine and asked if she could refill it until my appointment. She told the nurse to tell me if I missed the next appointment she would never do it again and just went on and on lecturing me. I have doctored for my thyroid since I have been 18 and NEVER was spoken to like I was a drug addict or something. And then she preceded with writing on the prescription, “Must keep appointment for more refills”, again making it look like I was an addict or something!!! Her office just called me and told me she was not taking new patients!!Now here I am having to find a doctor who will take me within 30 days or I will be without medication. I take a very strong dosage and one day without my medicine makes me… extremely weak!!! I guess with an attitude like that I’m better off without her!!!

Was new to the area with new insurance and assigned to Dr. Iguobadia. I went in for what I thought was a sinus infection. She didn't listen to any of my concerns but instead prescribed multiple medications which I didn't need. Turns out I have stage 4 lung cancer which has spread to brain. Don't waste your time with this doctor. She doesn't listen to patient concerns at all.

She is a delight to be seen by. She does listen to your concerns and helps out in any way she can . I WOULD RECOMMEND HER !
