Dr. Joy Shihui Meng, MD

This was by FAR this was the worst experience I have ever had trying to get medical care 1. I arrived at the office 10min early for my appointment and waited over 45min before I finally asked the the receptionist when I would be seen - not once did she mention or acknowledge my wait. 2. Once in a room, the chair they gave was dirty/ stained - this was the dirtiest doctors office I have ever been in, I actually wanted to just leave, but I had already waited so long. 3. I was told to come back once my take home sleep test was approved. I called after approval to pick up the device, once again spoke to the same receptionist who told me to come anytime before 4:30. I got there at 1pm to find the office closed for lunch, she never mentioned the office was closed from 12-1pm for lunch. I waited 45min after 1pm for the same receptionist to get back from lunch ( she was 45min late returning, got back at 1:45pm). After expressing anger, all she said was that she forgot?? 4. When I… asked for the sleep test device it was a mess and did not look clean ( this device has pieces that go in your nose) and all she could say was that she wiped it with alcohol!! She asked if I wanted it and I said no, then with an apology she moved on to the other person who had been waiting outside the office.

she is very rude, irresponsible .
