My husband was Misdiagnosed Dr. Nielsen kept giving him medication for an inlarged prostate while telling him surgery would not be necessary after we went to a good urologist and was asked why we waited so long and was informed that had it been caught earlier it might’ve been a different turn out my husband died because of this

She put in a sling for stress incontinence, but there was no change. She kept treating me for urge incontinence after the surgery. She never did a physical exam after the surgery, perhaps by design because 3 months later I noticed the prolapse. Dr. Tomas Antonnini fixed everything, but it took 4 surgeries to do it. I do not recommend her. And her assistant was dreadful.

Dr. Nielsen is absolutely fabulous. She is not only knowledgeable but talks to you like a person and does not talk over your head at all. She will spend what ever time it takes to make a patient feel comfortable making a decision. She performed a prostate vaporization on me and the follow up was superb. You can not ask for a better Urologist period.

Exceptional physician. Great manner with the patient. Extraordinary insight and extremely engaging. I would recommend her without a doubt to everyone.

She is a very skilled Dr. And she has the best bedside manner. I had bladder cancer and saw her for years and she got my cancer to go completely away. She always took the time to explain all the procedures and just a wonderful Dr. Who really cares about you.

Dr. Nielson is by far one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients and is very bright.
