Do not go here if you are looking for mental health services and have private insurance. It is on a college campus, part of the states human services?, and the receptionist is very rude. She canceled my appointment because she scheduled it on a day Joyce wasn’t there and didn’t get me in quickly after. I realize why now, it’s a substance abuse outpatient facility, NOT a psychiatrist office. The receptionist let me know when I came for my appointment that the Dr. may not prescribe my medication, judgmentally, even though I don’t face substance abuse issues. She didn’t tell me this over the phone. I had to leave and will now most likely run out of psychiatric medications before I can schedule an appointment with a real psychiatrist
