Dr. Cancio is one of the best doctors that I had seen in a long time. His office staff is very friendly, they answer all my questions and my referrals. Dr. is on call every day, as long a message is left at his cell, he will return calls.

Horrible experience with Dr Cancio. He was the PCP for my mother at a local ALF Facility for approximately 4 months. Dr Cancio and his office staff do not return calls or acknowledge requests for referrals to specialists needed to manage her chronic medical conditions. He has repeatedly yelled at me (family member and power of attorney) on the phone - very unprofessional and bad customer service. Dr Cancio's primary patient base is geriatrics, most of which either have memory issues or no advocate to speak on their behalf. I urge all of Dr Cancio's patients to tool elsewhere for decent care and customer service.
