If I could give a 0 - I would. My husband went to his appt as he was ill - Franco said 'tell me the ONE thing you're concerned about - we only have 15 min.' He ordered test - we never got to speak to Franco re the results, he was 'out of the office', no referring to another partner in the office - 'you can speak to his nurse,'' and then he would be 'unavailable for 2 wks' - earliest appt Mar 10 (my husband died Mar 6). Finally - we demanded another Dr in the practice after 4 wks of waiting for Franco to even respond- which he NEVER did. Within 5 min she diagnosed at 20 com ( 10 ") mass on his liver. Immediate cat scan, in office the next day - CANCER in liver and lungs, thru out the abdomen. Hospitalized for biopsy - DIED 12 days after. If Franco would have examined my husband - he would have easily FELT a liver mass that large. He didnt do it. My husband's cancer was very advanced/aggressive - at that stage Franco would not have been able to save him - but the NEGLIGENCE is… a astounding. If it had been in the early stages - Franco never would have known it to begin treatment.. STAY AWAY FROM HIM

I first saw Dr. Juan Franco while a patient in Palamar Hospital. He was courteous and took time to listen to my concerns while arriving at an accurate diagnosis. During follow-up appointments his staff as been great. Nevera problem getting an appointment with very little waiting at his office.
