Dr. Juan Vincent Crespo

Dr. Crespo is a really great doctor , good bedside manners very knowledgeable and listens to his patients his front office and his nurse is terrible. the front office doesn't do much of anything except take payments and make appointments and they barely do that it is as if you are bothering them to ask anything and if you call and request for a call back from the doctor or his nurse they will never get the message so don't waste your time and his nurse assistant Jo acts as tho she runs the whole office and has a big attitude she is rude and enjoys being a smart A.. and if you call her and leave a detailed message as it says she will get right back with you NO SHE DONT and if she does she immediately starts the conversation being the biggest A.. because she acts like you are the biggest problem and she just don't have time. I'm sure nothing will ever change so expect a great doctor with a terrible and rude office.

I just want to say how Dr Juan is so very well educated and well mannered and listens is attentive to all your needs doesn't rush u like most in and out in five he cares truly cares your the best if he leaves or Joe or Robin then I Sandra Gilfus Leaves sorry actually no I'm not sorry ty

Dr. Juan crespo is amazing. He is a doctor that truly cares, and will help in whatever way he can. His past assistant Red was absolutely amazing as well. I have high anxiety and depression, and there were multiple times I have called the office, and Red talked me out of anxiety attacks. Plus if my medication was making me have reactions or not working, she would push to get it fixed. I loved her. His new assistant, Jo. Certainly a downgrade. She has horrible people skills and makes you feel like less of a person when you are actively going through an anxiety attack. She's rude, and belittling. The receptionists are no better. I called multiple times regarding medication that didn't work for days, plus my blood results that were worrying me, and they were very dismissive. Telling me I would receive a call back that I never did for a week! I finally called on Friday, and the way they were ignoring my concerns and leaving me on hold multiple times for 5+ minutes triggered my anxiety. I… finally told the receptionist that my medication wasn't helping at all, and it's really fucking up my anxiety and depression. She stated "ma'am I would really appreciate you didn't use that language" in the rudest way possible. She transferred me to jo, and she was absolutely disrespectful. I told her that I had been calling all week regarding my blood results that have red on it ( because we can view them online) and no one was answering any of my questions, so I googled it. She yelled at me for googling it, and I responded with "you guys aren't telling me anything! I'm scared and have no idea what to do!" She told me she couldn't tell me anything about my results, and that I would have to wait for the results. Finally I gave up on it and asked about my medication that is no longer working, and she rudely said "you wanted to know about your blood results, how did we get on your medication. I told her I have been calling all week regarding them, and she said I would have to wait until Monday to get any kind of help. Its not the first time his new staff have donne something like this to me. If you have anxiety or depression, AVOID this place. Their wait times, rude staff, and no call backs will only make it worse.

I just saw Dr. Crespo yesterday for the first time, a good friend told me he was her doctor an she thinks he hung the moon. She was so right, he was fast an to the point but he also listens an actually seems interested in what "I had to say", unlike many I've been too. Because I live over an hour away they made arrangement to do my blood panel each time without me making an extra trip as it's a hard drive for me alone . I have problems seeing all that clear an the small 2 lane roads make me really nervous. He is well worth the effort tho. I'm more than just pleased in finding such a good doctor an a really nice person. From now on he's MY guy for what ails me!!!

This is what you have to say Dr Crespo listens to what you have to say, and doesn't rush you! Dr Crespo is very compassionate about his work. If I ever have any questions, he will personally call me at home. His staff is awesome, and very thorough when you leave messages. Thank you, Dr Crespo!

Always understanding and on top of your chart. Called my home on Sunday evening to see how I was doing on a new medication. Not his nurse the doctor personally. Never a long wait.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Crespo for many years and have been pleased with the care we receive. Each and every time we've visited the office, we are greeted with a smiling face but the front end staff which carries right thru the Medical Staff. Everyone is friently, professional and caring. Dr Crespo always listens to all our concerns and takes the time to explain our test results and his recommendations for our health care. Will never see another provider. Have recommended him to many of our friends who also share our opinions on the staff and doctor. Thank you to all the staff for all you do for us...keep up the good work.

I have been a patient for several years I can not say enough good about this Dr. He as well as his staff are one of the most efficient and courteous groups I've ever been to.

When come in with our gripes and you know we all do go in with them he is so very patient and he cares - truly cares about you - he is patient with you and he doesn't race you through the visit - you know how when you go to the office visit and you feel like you are being rushed in there - well not with Dr. Crespo - and when you are in the waiting room you aren't there forever like with all the other Doctors - same in the office room too. He is not a misanthrope. I cannot tell you how much you feel like you are being well taken care of - if you call in with a problem most of the time it will be taken care of. I promise you - if you see Doctor Crespo you will not regret it - I debated to tell you or not something good - because if I tell you something good that means you will go see him and that means that more wait time and things will change - and maybe all that I am telling you about the wait time and the time he takes with you will change and then what I am writing will not be… true after a while - and my Doctor will no longer be my Doctor anymore - but then I say wait a minute - no - not MY doctor - GOD Blessed me with this Doctor for a reason - HE knew I needed a Doctor like this to take care of me - one who needed to be patient - who cared about me and my family - especially my autistic son - yes GOD Blessed my family - so I trust GOD to continue to Bless me - and I believe you will love him as much as we do.
