Dr. Juan Pacheco Garcia, MD

My mother is apparently having mental problems attacking my dad social workers have intervene and Dr Garcia thinks that she is fine I have video of her attacking my dad and she has purchased a gun so if you go to Dr Garcia or have family that go there stop them

I went in for a physical and was told i need some additional testing which the staff would arrange. It has been several months, five to be exact and still no follow up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR because of his lack of follow up with patients

It is sad that the staff makes a doctor look so bad. Especially when a patient is in pain and needs results of x-rays? I was told it takes 7-10 days before i can get a result and that if its urgent they would call me? Never got a call. I just found out that I had abnormal X-rays but that is not urgent to them since they are no the ones in pain. Oh and that Nurse they have there is the worse one. No manners,dont listen and that makes the doctor look bad... I dont recommend this Doctor. Not for him but for the unprofessional staff.

Recently, I came to see Dr. Garcia because I was very sick. He sent me home with medication and later than night I had to go to the emergency room. This happened three times during a period of 6 years. Also, upon one office visit, he said that he would send a medical test off for evaluation, would have results the next day, and he would call me with the results. When he didn't call, I called his office and was told that the test would take three more days for the results, unless he put a "stat" on the test. He did not put a "stat" on the test. So what he told me was incorrect. Ultimately, he never called me with the results. At that time, I asked his receptionist to give him a request to call me, but he did not do so. I have asked him to call me on two other occasions because I was very sick and he did not. One time I had a medication that he gave me and I found out I was allergic to it. He never called and never returned even one phone call. He does not explain what your… problem could be and thee was no follow up at all, even after being hospitalized.

Dr. Garcia is an excellent doctor. He shows that he cares for you, and has always been reliable. He also volunteers his free time to attend to other patients at another hospital.

Dr. Garcia is not recommended. I have been seeing him for over three weeks on the same illness. He has still not given me a diagnosis or a prescription. An infection can be over my entire body by the time he gets results. The staff are very unprofessional and hardly get out of their chairs. Do yourself a favor and find a different PCP.
