Dr. Juan Carlos Garza, MD

I will preface this by saying I have been a patient now for over 11 years. Do you LOVE being on hold for hours? Do you love calling and calling only to get a busy signal ALL THE TIME? If anyone ever considers going to Dr. Juan Carlos Garza's office don’t ever bother. This is one of the most unprofessional & disorganized doctors offices I’ve ever dealt with. Their phone lines are a joke. Most of the time they are busy ALL DAY or they switch to the answering service before their office is even closed. Then they instruct the answering service to not take any messages about prior appointments they committed to. Never make this your PCP doctor. Totally understaffed and overworked employees for the number of patients. Stay away !! This place is not how it used to be.

Dr. Garza is second to none. He is the best! I have been using him for almost 20 years. I will never use another doctor again. I’d like to add his staff is so helpful.

After my visit with Dr Garza, I walked away satisfied. He was thorough, compassionate, and easy to talk to cause I did not feel rushed. Thank you Dr Garza.

I have been a patient of Dr Garza since 2005. He is great! Yes it is kind of hard to get to see him but that is normal because he is such a great Dr his need is in high demand. He has always diagnosed me and my family correctly have never had any issues in all these yrs. I dont mind waiting for a while I am used to it when i was a child my Dr took hrs to see my mother and I. I rahter wait and know im gonna be taken care of then have a rapid visit and come back 2 more times cause i didn't get the problem taken care of. I have never had to go back to Dr Garza's office more than once for the same illness, 1 time does it for me. Thank you Dr Garza and Staff for being Great and for being compassionate and caring.

Dr. Garza/PA/staff is all wonderful!! Facility is always clean; Only met Dr. Garza one time during my last 3 visits as I had an appointment with the PA.,k however during that one time, I was very pleased with his demeanor/knowledge of my visit and made me feel secure that I chose this dr/and his staff as my pcp.

I saw one of the PA's with an ear ache and they suspected something more serious and sent me for further testing. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Thank God for their care I am now cancer free for almost 4 years.

Coming into the facility the staff was friendly it is clean and a welcoming environment, I filled out the basic information as a new patient returned it to the desk promptly at 10:40 my appointment was at 10:45. As the clock ticked on they called in patients every 20 min or so an hour later I'm still waiting. Not my cup of tea, I would prefer a shorter wait and to at least be seen close to my appointment time. Will never return back to Dr. Juan Carlos Garza's facility.

I love this doctor. He is down to earth and gives it to you straight. No beating around the bush!

Dr. Garza is the best doctor ever. I dont blame him for his patients waiting a while. He is very compassionate about his job and treats everyone with respect. I have been a patient since he first began to practice almost twn years. I have recommended him and will continue to recommend him for many many more years. I <3 Dr. Juan Carlos Garza.
