My previous doctor had moved out of the area, so I ended up seeing Dr. Hernandez, who was replacing him. The first time I saw him was for an unscheduled visit, I had been bitten accidentally by one of my Shi tzus. I was totally amazed that Dr. Hernandez spent nearly an hour with me, he was very thourough. I expected since it was unscheduled, a cursory check and then get turned over to the nurse for treatment. To me, that was a sign of a very caring and committed doctor.

Dr Hernandez is an amazing, kind, knowledgable physician that I highly recommend. He goes above & beyond and is one of the best physicians I've ever had.

I was seen by Dr. Hernandez due to vomiting and diarrhea for over a week. He claimed it was old age and a possible viral infection. 3 days later I'm in the ER with acute renal failure due to severe dehydration. On antibiotics and being watched to see if it's my appendix. Dr. Hernandez didn't do squat. I'm looking for a new doctor. I've had 3 doctors in 4 years at this practice. They can't seem to keep anyone. Now I know why.
