Dr. Juan Carlos Mas, MD

I really loved Dr Mas after meeting with him but the office staff needs an attitude adjustment. The nurse who started the testing was digging in my arm and when I told her so she just shrugged and said, "sorry ;-(" I stopped the testing and left. I didn't tell Dr Mas at the time and wished I had in deference to him. His office needs a really good cleaning, It is dingy! It is too bad his staff is so unfriendly because he is such a nice man.

I haven’t even been seen yet and my experience with the office staff leaves much to be desired. Everyone I’ve spoken with is rude and that doesn’t say much for the practice and even less for a physician to allow that to go on. You make an appointment with a physician because you don’t feel well and want to get to the bottom of it, not to be treated like dirt. Not to mention the fact that they want all monies up front if you haven’t met your deductible! Like a normal person would have $900 to just be able to give to them out the gate! I’d rather suffer with my allergies than to be treated like dirt by the office staff!

Very busy office but he listened to me and helped with my asthma.

Dr. Mas helped with my itchy rash. He explained how to treat my very dry, itchy skin. It took several days to start feeling better but finally my itching is gone. Should have gone to see him months ago.

My second visit to Dr. Mas office. Friendly staff, they see you at the appointed time and you are not rushed through. My concerns were addressed. Very good doctor.

Dr. Mas and his staff are all wonderful. I never have a problem getting my son in for an appointment and they are always very helpful and caring. Dr. Mas has a wonderful bedside manner and is excellent with my son. He is calming and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Mas is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time with his patient and explains everything thoroughly. His office staff is delightful and they give you same day appointments. They are very courteous and polite. My experience was a very good one and I would definitely and highly recommend Dr. Mas and his staff.
