Dr. Juan Ivan Ramirez, MD

Dr. Ramirez is very kind and really cares about you. It is very easy to talk to him and he cares about your psychological well being as much as he does your health issues. The problem with the office and is the front desk. They get too personal in regard to why you need to see the Dr, and that includes his medical assistant. The staff has made me feel very uncomfortable. They do not need to know every detail of your appointment and they should not make you explain yourself with other patients within a few feet of the desk. I like Dr Ramirez so much that I will keep going there but I dread having to go in or call the office to try and get an appointment. I do not like the interrogation. Sometimes I feel like I am begging for an appt. They try to shove you to the Physicians Assistant no matter your medical history.

Dr. Ramirez could not have been any more professional or attentive. I've always had good docs----but Dr. Ramirez would be at the top of the list.

EASE TO SPEAK WITH

I have been going to Dr. Ramirez for three and a half years since I moved to this area. He was recommended to me by a family member. He is a very caring doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He genuinely cares and spends time with his patients. I've never felt rushed. He is also very good about seeing the "big picture" of a patient, versus just what the patient is complaining about. You will feel like you matter and that you are cared for when you are at his office. The only downside that occurs at times is that their office is very busy and phones can be busy at times.

Spends time listening & explaining what's going on. The best Dr. we have ever been to and had as our family Dr. Highly recommend! If we moved 100+ miles away we would keep Dr. Ramirez as our Doc! His staff is great as well!!

Truly a magnificent physician. He cares...genuinely about people...and I adore him.
