Dr. Juan E Reinoso, MD

I am currently 10.5 weeks pregnant following IVF and was extremely disappointed by my experience with this provider. I declined a pelvic exam at my visit and requested a female provider. Instead of respecting my decision, I was met with dismissive behavior, frequent interruptions, and a refusal to allow me to fully explain my concerns. Shortly after exercising my right to decline the exam, I was discharged from the practice. This felt retaliatory and deeply unsettling, especially as a pregnant patient seeking routine care. I did not feel respected, heard, or supported, and the interaction left me feeling gaslit rather than cared for. Patients should never be punished for asserting consent or advocating for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to anyone who values respectful, patient-centered, or trauma-informed care.

I liked the reception, I came for the first time, they asked me about everything, and prescribed the necessary things that are necessary. Everything was explained very clearly. Thank you for your help

12 minutes ago I love Dr. Reinoso he delivered my baby via C-Section(2017) at celebration hospital best experience, as this was my second child, and not only was it painless but Dr Reinoso was caring and very informative during the whole process, of the prenatal care as well as surgery. Also I had a biopsy of my ovaries and tubal ligation with him 2 years later (2019)and I would not choose another Doctor. I feel that Dr Reinoso takes his time during exams and explains the procedures very well. He is a excellent Dr. and even the hospital staff expresses themselves very well and professional of him!

I was referred to Dr. Reinoso by my boss who is also a Gyn but does not perform deliveries and being my first pregnancy he was highly recommended. He always made me feel at ease and willing to answer any questions. I had to be induced but when it came time for delivery Dr. Reinoso did a great job in making me feel comfortable and making sure that I could have a natural delivery. I would recommend him as well as Dr. Star and Winger. His office staff have always been helpful as well. Their ultrasound techs are great and explain everything in detail about your baby and that I definitely liked. Thank you Dr. Reinoso for everything.

I was told on my very first visit with this doctor he said I needed a biopsy and a hysterectomy but needed a biopsy first before I could have my hysterectomy I agreed Dr Reynoso said, set up wit my coordinator Ana I said ok. At that time it was suppose to be a 45 minute biopsy that he stated in that visit but, when went to my pre registration and pre testing they told me that I was also having a D&C besides my biopsy that was never discussed with me and it went from a 45 minute procedure that was told to me to now a 15 minute with the added D&C that I never agreed too. An when I tried to question about why he added the D & C the woman became,snotty and rude stating I should take it up with the doctor the day of my procedure. I also asked if was going to be put to sleep and, the pre testing nurse stated in my chart it stated they were going to give me a sedative to relax me than some gas than the knock out drug I asked wasn't that too much for a 15 minute procedure and she blew me off… like I didn't matter. Stay away from this quack of a doctor cause I wish I had.

Dr Reinoso did all 3 of my c sections I was happy with the way I healed all three times. He always took the time to answer all my questions. I do admit the wait is a little long sometimes but I can't complain I get the best service from his nursing staff I have been going there for so long I can't see my self changing Drs. I have seen all them as well and there all great

Best OB/GYN I've seen in my 55 years of life. His diagnosis saved my life.
