Dr Rivas was very kind and saw me the same day I called. He listened to my symptoms and diagnosed me. He went over the medications he prescribed and sent them into the pharmacy quickly. He was very personable and easy to talk with.

I met with Dr. Rivas on a telehealth visit. He was on time and was very straightforward. He understood how horrible I was feeling. He quickly diagnosed me and after 24hrs of antibiotics so far, im already feeling better. I'm so thankful for him.

My 1st interaction I waited 27mins he never came on. My 2nd interaction I waited 13mins he finally came on and was no help in what was need. Maybe just my particular situation.
