Dr. Rivera always gives me the brush off. I didn't even want to see him yesterday I was trying to take my daughter to urgent care but he had an opening. He came into the office with an idea already of what I needed to do for my daughter. He never touched her. Barely examined her. Then he told my 5 year old to her face that she better listen to mommy or she'd have to go to the hospital and they will not be nice to her there. After reviewing the XRay that he didn't want to take, and I had to talk him into, he realized I was right and he told us we needed to go to the hospital. You can imagine the fear and anxiety my daughter experienced at that moment, the whole way to the hospital and during the two hour wait to be seen. On top of being in tremendous pain. She never should have had to feel that way. What a thoughtless thing to say to a sick little girl. The next day I received three calls from Dr. Rivera trying to cover his @ss on this. We will never go to him again. And I regret ever… having taken my daughter to him.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. Or his staff. I made my new patient appointment for 10:20 am. I arrived at 10:05 and wasn't seen until 11:15. Dr. Rivera came in checked my daughters reflexes and told me her height and weight was good. Then told me she was due for 3 vaccines, when I refused the vaccines he left the room and never came back! I had put my daughter has been experiencing headaches and had a sore throat. He never even came back to check her out. I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience.
