Dr. Juan Mario Villafani

I give the doctors performance 5 stars.

Dr.Villafani was an excellent doctor..knew exactly what was wrong within 5 minutes of visiting with him..had surgery scheduled within a week..did very well on surgery and all pain is gone..Would go back for any surgery needs in the future!

I have had problems with my gallbladder for the past month. After trying everything to avoid surgery and nothing working I was terrified of what happens next. My gallbladder had basically given up and stopped working and became inflamed. Sitting in Dr. Villafani's office i was scared, in pain, and clueless as to what was going to happen. When I met him however I was immediately assured that I was in good hands. He was very thorough, explained everything that was going on and explained the procedure he needed to perform to get me feeling better. He understood I was in pain and scared and assured me that the laparoscopic gallbladder removal was what he wanted to do and the best decision for me. Sitting in the hospital getting ready for the surgery I got even more nervous... I had never had surgery worse than having my wisdom teeth cut out, I was afraid of the anesthesia. Working in the medical field I know what CAN go wrong during surgery and I let my mind run with it. Again before… surgery Dr. Villafani came in and met with me and my mother, assuring me that everything was going to be just fine and that I didn't need to worry. He was very comforting and has such pleasant bedside manner. I don't remember much after the morphine shot however I do remember coming to after the anesthesia and Dr. Villafani there again, asking how I was feeling, telling me that everything went beautifully, he had updated my Mom in the lobby and that he would see me in the office in 4 days. This surgeon is definitely one of the best!! I hope I never need to be cut on ever again, but if unavoidable... this is my guy!!

Dr villafani was very understanding, and took the time to answer all my questions. He even took the time to make sure I was comfortable with him before the procedure. I hope I never need surgury again but if I do, it will be him.

The day after I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I met Dr. Villafani. I had no idea what I was up against until I visited with him. I was so impressed with his bedside manner. Thanks for taking the time to help me, it really meant alot for him to explain my situation to me.

Dr. Villafani is incredibly caring and compassionate. He thoroughly evaluates the patient's condition. He doesn't rush into surgery. He spends time answering questions to put the patient at ease. He is also sensitve to the patient's family. He is a phenomenal doctor and a wonderful human being.

Dr. Villafani is extremely skilled. He is cautious and doesn't rush into surgery. He carefully assess the patient's overall condition and he is sensitive to the patient's wellbeing. He is a wonderful doctor.
