very bad bedside manners, the waiting is extremely long. If your appointment is at 10 your most likely to be seen that's if she gets to the office, about 5-6 hours.

I was disappointed with Dr Julien whom I chose when she was a "Best Physician's" winner for her specialty. I suffered from acne caused by my Rosacea problem and, all she wanted to prescribe me were products that are more like beauty treatments (costly) than those that addressed the problem. The prescriptions she gave me failed to work and her choices seemed to be influenced by more by the latest pharma trend (and income) instead of the problem. After many visits with her and her apparent negative attitude, I found another Dr. who prescribed Sodium Sulfacetamide among other simple remedies and it worked like a charm! The new doctor provided me a better, cheaper and, reasonably priced solution that I wished I found him instead of Dr Julian after all this time. I wished I could get my co-pays back from her!!

I recently moved to miami, and started getting really severe cystic acne. After trying another dermatologist in town that did not help I was at my witts end. I was referred to Dr. Julien by another girl and was scheduled right away. Walking into her dermatologist office, her front office staff comes off a little intimidating and "young" therefore kind of conceited, but behind the scenes is completly different. The long wait is well worth it. Dr Julian and her assistants really make you feel at home and are honest and up front. They take the pain out of thinking about a skincare regimen and Come up with one appropriate for you. Advise you on follow up appointments. Are honest about costs and effectiveness and JUST a good CUBAN doctor over all. im very optimistic she will cure my skin in the months to come It has already improved a bunch :)LOVE YOU

Be ready to wait 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours to see this doctor. I understand emergencies happen but to me this is totally insulting. As a patient, my time is equally value as a doctor's. The office staff does not even tell you upon arrival that the doctor is running behind. The doctor? She thinks it is quite normal to wait this much when visiting her! Writing a letter to the Board.

Dr. Julien Botox treatment very expensive and not too accurate. I look really bad after treatment. Not so with previous treatments with other doctors.

I really want to like Dr Julien but having to sit around for more than 2 hours every time you have an appointment is ridiculous. She may be good at what she does but there's no need to make people sit and wait. Just don't schedule more than you can handle!

Dr. Julien is a wonderful doctor! She is so good at what she does, and I wouldn't trust another doctor with my face!

This doctor is bi-polar and extremely rude. The office staff is unorganized and you could wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor. She gets very upset if you complain about the wait time. You need to clear up an entire day just to go see her. She will dismiss you from her practice and refuse to treat you if she feels you did not behave properly.
