Dr. Juanita Alice Kagwa-Nyanzi, MD

This person hit my car while I was sitting in my car and when I told her that she hit it, she straight out denied it and told me to prove it. When I showed her the scratch she said this is a Mercedes Benz you know. Like my car was any less. Then I started recording her and told her I was going to put it on social media and she said I was just trying to cheat her. I went behind her car to get her license plate number and she continued to backup like she was going to hit me with her car.

Doctor is impatient and doesnt talk clearly to patient or family member. No follow up, bad communication. My self and my children didnt like her. After waiting forever in the waiting room they send you to another room to wait an hour! So glad I changed doctors!

My daughter was a patient there for about 6 yrs. I loved the dr but the staff there is bad. They don't do referrals on time...it took them about 8 months to refer my dr out...every time I questioned them they told me the referral expired that they had to resubmit...they did that 3 times. I finally called my daughters insurance and I was told no referral request had been submitted... I went in to talk to the supervisor and it was like talking to air...she ignored me and walked away...I finally change drs but now they won't transfer my daughters records they say they dnt receive the request when I have seen the received fax receipt and showed it to them... I requested to speak to the dr but that Asian supervisor keeps telling they dont have time to send out my daughters records nor to talk to me, the dr is too busy seeing patients....if u have a choice to choose a different dr please do so... If u dnt good luck to
