When you call office you are put on hold for at least 15 min

Failed to properly treat Lyme disease. Gave 8 days of Doxy then 4 day refill. His incompetent receptionist (who never answers phone or returns voice messages) she send refill to wrong pharmacy on a Friday at 4:55pm after I spent days asking for the refill to be sent. A dr in NYC said he never heard of anyone prescribing 8 days of Doxy and especially a 4 day refill. A Lyme lawyer told me 2 weeks of antibiotics was the inadequate standard 30 years ago. Judah took a throat swab that he never received results from even tho I called and faxed about results for 3 weeks. It wasn't until I physically sat in the office demanding results bc I had a new dr appt in nyc (this was months later). His office even forwarded the lab bill to me weeks earlier. He had to have the lab fax him the results which were positive for a bacterial infection that required treatment. He doesn't care. His office is poorly organized. He doesn't even know how to prescribe antibiotics. His staff can't be… bothered to answer the phone or return a call or respond to a fax. I became seriously ill and required hospitalization, expensive testing, numerous hospital and dr visits, weeks of IV antibiotics because Judah Guy doesn't know what to do or refer you to someone who does. Do NOT use this Guy. Awful in every possible way. Should not be allowed to practice medicine in the US.
