Dr. Jude Thaddeus Waterbury, MD

Deserves -5 stars. Has a superior attitude, likes to hear himself talk without it being patient related, is agitate, seems not too caring AT ALL. Arrogant, just had no bedside manner, and just seems he is in a profession that does not suit him. He has no business dealing with others health issues. Never care to see this jerk again.

I brought my Mom, who is 84 yrs old today to see this MD. Waterbury. She arrived 10 min late due to an accident on Hwy 50. The staff that checked us in was extremely rude and said that he may not see her because she is late. I explain the situation and after she went to ask the doctor if he would make and exception, she was seen. She came out literally crying. Dr. Waterbury refused to help her and said that if she wants to see him, she needs to be on time. He raised his voice at her and when she was trying to explain her situation he said that he will not fill out her paperwork because she is late. I never heard of anyone treating their patients with so little respect. She was hospitalized a year ago and after her surgery Dr Waterbury never bother to request her biopsy results, which the hospital said it can only be released to the doctor and not the patient. To this day after numerous attempts to request the staff and the doctor to get the results for her, she is yet to receive it.

More concerned about keeping to a 20 minute time limit for visit than the patient. He walked out of exam room and only said we've gone over the 20 minutes, no info on referrals to specialists discussed. Most of 20 minutes was used up by Dr. Jude going on and on about some Lion story. Was not prepared for visit, did not read chart to know we were there for a follow-up to a 4 day hospital stay. Had he, maybe he could have managed the 20 minute visit better.

Disappointing. I’ve had a lot of health issues recently and been in and out of the hospital a lot and this is the only time I’ve ever felt dismissed by a physician. Definitely the only time I’ve ever had a doctor actually look at their watch and tell me they “didn’t have time for anymore questions because his next appointment sat down 6 mninutes ago.” He seemed less interested in making sure he answered my questions and more interested in making sure he processed his next widget on schedule.

Goes out of the way and takes big interest in you & how your doing . Very happy with this Doctor .

Excellent doctor and staff. Short waiting time and very responsive to inquiries. Keeps all patient files up to date as visit progresses.

Not only you but your so called fnp you mean your. sympathetic nice.to your face doesnt remember your prscribed a med qnd fires you ....you and derrick are embarrasments to your community and to think i said at first how human you both are not gods to.....thanks for four seisures and two er visit s and at least.iam telling the whole truth iam not lying to save ones who cant even help themselves sbame in you both

Terrible service. Poor clinical environment. I could hear everything that was going on in every room when sitting and waiting in the exam room. No confidentiality at all. Office NEVER called back. Waited for results of testing for over a month then called to get records myself. No follow-through. Horrible doctor!

I've been under the care of Dr. Waterbury for over a year now and never did I have any frustration in my every visit to his office. He is no comparison to my former physician. He spends time discussing with me issues concerning my health and gives recommendations whenever necessary. He will not allow me leave his office if there's a cloud of doubt in the course of our discussion. He makes sure I understand what he's telling me. When I go to his clinic i feel as if I will be attending a class coz there's always something new that I will learn from him about my health condition. I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone I know who needs his expertise.

My experience with Dr. Waterbury has been nothing but great. It was easy to get an appointment, his staff is friendly, and he has good contacts with other medical providers. He asks good diagnostic questions, does not seem rushed, and gives helpful recommendations.
