Dr. Judepatricks Mmaegbunam Onyema, MD

Doctor ONYEMA is a terrible doctor, but has great office hours in Sanford. He also has a great staff of two people in his Sanford office. He is a no at all and does not listen to you or your needs. I would definitely suggest finding another general practitioner. Initially, you might like him, but after a few visits, you will know that you’re dealing with someone with a God complex.

The Dr is okay but his staff is very rude and with that type of environment that will have a patient seeking another Dr, sometimes it’s not the Dr that causes patients to leave, it be their staff and his staff is doing a great job of causing others to go elsewhere

Be prepared to spend hours and weeks waiting for them to complete paperwork

In America we have a multi billion dollar industry devoted to quick weight loss gimmicks. As a retired Nurse, I can tell you that they all are a waste of money. Quite simply, there is no easy way to lose weight and you must make substantial sacrifices to do so. Dr. Onyema's program is based on solid proven principles about the human body and food. Obesity is a national epidemic and the primary reason is the wrong foods we eat and when we eat them. There is no rocket science here or magical pills, just good solid wisdom that will take weight off of your body. This program will not work for everybody because you have to make major adjustments to your eating habits and stick with them. You will learn that when you eat is as important as what you eat. The right foods at the right times will take fat off of you and keep it off. We are conditioned from birth to eat three meals a day with dinner being the largest and most calories. Plus these days we have too many temptations to eat the wrong… foods constantly. If you are willing to change those ways, you will slim down and keep it off.

Doctor is very attentive ,he's the one doctor that you can actually talk to and be heard,you can also feel that what you're saying is heard and he is there for you as your doctor should be.

Dr. Onyema’s management of his own office is poor. His staff is very rude. They had a very condescending and disrespectful manner towards me. In addition, they take a long time for everything. Go anywhere else if you can

Dr. Onyema has been kind, attentive and very thorough. We have been very pleased with him as our primary care physician.

no one answers phone or returns your calls

I was a walk in patient with no appt but needed urgent medical care . Dr. Onyeda saw me even though he was not working that day . He showed me compassion and cared about the pain I was in and prescribed me medicine that now on 3rd day I’m already on the road to recovery and feeling like myself again . Thank you Dr. Oneyda for taking the time to treat me even on your day off . ?????????? I have switched my primary care to you and could not be happier . Thank you again :)

Dr Onyema and staff are outstanding. They take the time to get to know their patient. This 'team' is taking care of my entire family now. Finding a Dr that listens, asks the right questions, can explain in terms one can understand is better than winning the lottery.
