The doctor is OK, however the office staff is very unprofessional. You leave a message to be called back and never hear back from them. When you do manage to reach someone, they promise to get back to you and they don't. Trying to call the office can be a nightmare because you constantly get voicemail. You make an appointment for a certain time, you get there on time then the wait time is horrible. Because of the horrible, unprofessional treatment by the staff (which is unavoidable since you have to deal with them for scheduling, etc) I'll be going to a new doctor. No one deserves to be treated this way.

My husband and I both had skin cancer tested and removed my MOHS and the results were fantastic. We have more to go but her staff and her bed side manner are AWESOME.

BEST OFFICE EVER!!!!!! Honestly speaking as a new pt to the office i had the best experience ever, and i highly recommend all my friends and family members to go see Dr. Crowell. What doctor now days actually inspects you literally from head to toes? Here she does! staff was excellent from check in to check out, her assistant was kind and helpful, very smart. Overall good office visit no complains.

I've been a patient for about 10 years. I find the doctor and her staff to be totally professional and effective. My wait time is reasonable and if an issue is found they treat and follow up afterward. I would suggest Dr. Crowell to anyone looking for an effective Dermatologist in the Miami area.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr. Crowell. She was very professional and although the office was busy, i was seen w/in 10 min.after i filled out the papers. She did a full body scan, looking at things with a magnify glass. Her assistant was making notes on an IPAD or something but when she finished she had to take a few things off. It was PAINLESS. their office is new and beautiful and the staff was so friendly. My next appointment is in 3 months and looking forward to the trip. This Dr is the "Real Deal" she was thorough and her staff followed up with me to make sure I received the medication Dr. Crowell prescribed. Highly Recommend her!

I went to see this doctor for the first time about a week ago, the office is beautiful and very clean, staff is friendly and professional. It is the first time in many years that I have my body checked from head to toe. I strongly recommend this practice to all my friends and family. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!!!

What a great experience. They have a wonderful staff throughout the office. The doctor pays much attention to your needs and always greats you with a warm welcoming.

worst doctor and practice I have ever come across. I called for medical records and was put through to the office manager who did nothing but take my name and number and said they would be ready Monday morning but to no avail. When I came in the office she told me "she forgot". I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for them. I will never go back to such an unprofessional office again. The worst yet.

I selected Dr. Crowell for some minor cosmetic work to my face. She advised me of my treatment options based on my skin type and age. Together we selected the best treatment option for me and I am so happy with the results, it took years off my looks. Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Crowell has been excellent. She obviously cares about her patients and has an excellent bedside manner. She is very well trained and her years of experience seem to allow her to draw upon a wealth of knowledge in identifying potential medical issues. She also has a tremendous reputation in non-invasive cosmetic treatments such as fillers. I was told I looked 20 years younger immediately after my first filler treatment which was very natural looking and softening my aging looks. Nothing radical, which I would not have liked. The office is well run and the staff is very professional and friendly. All in all, I have had a very positive experience and the monies paid have been extremely well spent.
