Where ever you are, Judith...I'd like to know. 2009, went in asking for a tubal ligation. I was informed by Judith that they were no longer done, but instead Essure is used. Essure procedure day - I was NOT informed that she was being TRAINED by the device rep (and yes, tubal ligations were still being done). She wasn't even experienced in the insertion of this device. Also wasn't informed that the device contained NICKEL - which I was/am allergic to. F*ck. 10 plus years of pain, and now nobody in the same practice wants to risk the removal. I hope that you are enjoying your retirement.

I saw dr. hartman on two different occasions, both for abnormal pap smears. at the first appt. dr. hartman looked inside me and said "oh i see what they're talking about" and seemed concerned. she performed a biopsy and at my next appt she told me that, surprisingly, the biopsy was normal. she suggested we simply follow it. when i asked her what would happen if we just followed it, she said "you'll probably eventually get cervical cancer". i insisted that we ablate immediately and she asked if i was sure i wanted to treat it. i said OF COURSE!!! the second time i saw her was a couple of years later and when she looked inside me she said, everything looks normal. she did a pap smear and then said she wanted to do a colposcopy "just to make sure" everything was fine. when i asked if we could wait on the colposcopy until the pap smear results were in, she said "let's get it done all at once". i should have walked out right then. when i walked out to the front desk i was told… that my insurance wouldn't cover the colposcopy. i received $2,000 worth of medical bills since the procedure and lab work and follow- up, etc weren't covered. $2,000 for an "i'm sure it's fine procedure."!!! also, when i overpaid their office by several hundred dollars i wasn't issued a refund check. i had to call the office and request it! when i asked, the woman was actually surprised that i wanted my money back! she said "i thought you'd just want to keep the credit balance on your account". run, don't walk away from this office. one last point, before my "colposcopy visit", dr. hartman had just returned from a 3 week vacation. conversely ,it took me several months to pay the $2000 in bills. must be nice...............

I needed a new gyn since we moved. I read some reviews and figured bedside manner was not as important as skill. I am done having kids. The front desk was nice, the girl who took my blood pressure and weighed me was nice. I had never been there before and they neither cared or wanted my old medical records. Dr Hartman did not have me fill out a medical health background sheet. I went in with a list of issues and questions but she really didnt seem to care about my family history or breast cancer and colon cancer, and told me I could have blood work but it really wasnt a good idea to have it done more often than every five years! Didnt ask about the result of my colonoscopy. Im not going back. Especially if I have a problem. I'll probably end up dead.

Dr Hartman answers all my questions or concerns with the same reply "this happens, there is no way to find out" or simply "I don't know". the only recommendation she gave me in the last 2 years I have been using her services was to exersise and and eat dairy. I know the benefits of exersise without a medical degree. What I was really expecting from this doctor were the answers why I miss my ovulation, why I bleed between my periods, why I experience severe pain for no reason. She never diagnosed me with enything or suggested a further research

Dr Hartman delivered both my sons 26 yrs ago and 24 yrs ago I have been seeing her ever since. I trust her very much and would recommend her to my friends

I found the doctor and staff to be totally inflexible, and have a lack of compassion for me as a patient. I would not recommend her to anyone, and I will not go back to her office again.

Dr. Hartman is not the right doctor if you're looking for a partner in managing your healthcare. I found her manner condescending and dismissive. A little too hi-brow and unapproachable for me.
