Creo que la Dra Valencia, es una de las mejores que tenemos en Miami, gracias a Dios, muy buena profecional y muy buena persona. en la attecion al publico tambien porque su officina siempre esta llena, por eso hay que esperar.

Me he atendido con la Dra Valencia por un tiempo por problemas cronicos de hipertension. El medicamento que logro controlar este padecimiento es Benazepril. He faltado ha hacerme unos analisis de rutina (que la doctora no me prescribio en consulta, sino que me llamaron por telefono desde su oficina para programar, sin que este yo necesitandolos) por falta de tiempo, y en represalia la Dra corto mi refill del medicamento. Hace dos semanas estoy intentando enviar fax a traves de Walgreen sin respuesta, sin saber que era una accion premeditada. He llamado a su oficina y me informaron que no me van a dar mas refill porque no he ido a hacerme los analisis. Imposible esperar a hacerme los analisis, tener los resultados y esperar una consulta para tomar mi medicamento de la presion, que esta alta hace dias. El resultado de estos analisis de ningun modo podrian modificar el hecho de que necesito mi medicamento de la presion porque es un padecimiento cronico. Es una total falta de etica y un… chantaje que no necesito tolerar. No puedo depender de un medico que es capaz de usar un medicamento que necesito, para obtener como resultado que yo vaya a hacerme analisis rutinarios que no requiero.

Total waste of my time. I still have no idea who this Dr. Judith Valencia is since she puts her other employees to act as a doctor for her. If you go on Thursdays, you do get a real doctor but one who is a pediatrician. Run far from this place.

Very good Doctor and staff , except for the Front Desk girl , she is very rude to people and impolite.

waitting time is long, like the most medical office, but the doctor is very proffesional and concerned in my health problems, I had to wait for an hour but she spend enough time with me too. staff was pretty nice and proffessional too. Also, office offer many services in there, so I not have to go to another place.

The office was terribly overcrowded and the wait was very long, but the doctor was an extremely nice, caring person.

Awful doctor. Waited for an hour and a half after my appointment time. Even though I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. The place was packed. There weren't even enough seats for people. When I finally saw the doctor, she spent 5 minutes with me and then sent me off to a nurse to get my bloodwork done. When I did my urine analysis, they gave me a cup that I had to walk back down the hall with (with no lid on) to give back to the nurse. Gross, unprofessional and a waste of my time.
