I have been working with Dr. Zackson on my anxiety and family issues for the past 6 months. In a short time, she help me reduce my anxiety symptoms and taught me techniques and strategies that help a lot. She is professional and really cares. Highly recommend Dr. Zackson

I decided to attend a talk on emotional eating in Greewich and will always think of the day I met with Dr Zackson as a lucky day for me. The following week, I met with Dr Zackson and began to work through my complicated relationship with food. Her compassionate style and wisdom has helped me to understand how I was using food and taught me skills on how to manage emotions and cope with anxiety skillfully. My self improvement led me to appreciate and improve my relationship with myself and others.
