Dr. Judy Hsiaolung Lui, MD

Completely unsanitary, horrible botox injector, she was so aggressive and recommended double the botox units I've ever gotten. She caused bleeding and one eye to droop so low which has never happened in 20 years with other providers. She has "best of the city" awards on her wall for The Doc Spa which I can't seem to find she was ever associated with, her credentials are all Pediatrics and her license shows she is with Presbyterian Pediatrics. Nothing about her or her practice seems legit or right.

I went to her for Botox etc before & was never 100% pleased. But trusted her to try her best and that’s changed a lot. The last time I had an appointment she injected my lips with filler, they were noticeably crooked. She said to come back in a few weeks & she would even them out. She added more filler below my lips bottom border and it looked like I had a large cyst there for over 6 months She said no one would notice besides me. I left very upset and was self conscious, & had to correct it daily with makeup to lessen the look of that bump. I would never use her for anything. She plays nice to your face but she doesn’t really care about you as a patient at all. She is not w the Doc Spa anymore either. She does her Cosmetics elsewhere. Patient beware.

My son had a twist in his upper intestines. He was throwing up chunky green stuff. When the doctor came to check on him she did not touch him or read any vitals. I asked her about the throwing up and she said “it’s normal” we were going to be discharged but we asked a nurse about the problem. The nurse then found a dr that actually cared. Within 2 hours from meeting the new doctor are son was going into surgery. If he was discharged he would of died at our home. Dr lui was more concerned about going on vacation then our sons health.

Dr. Lui was over 2 hours late for the appointment, because she added on treatments for another patient. Dr. Lui, being late for another appointment, a business meeting, rushed me through. The Affirm laser was painful in sensitive areas of the face (fair skin), but told there would be minimal pain. When beginning the second pass and pain became more intense Dr. Lui became frustrated that she had to pause (due to pain), and finally stopped the treatment (before 2nd pass was finished) saying, "you're done", rushed out and I never saw Dr. Lui or spoke with her again.
